Jaime Bettencourt is the Vice President of Premier Account Development at Mood Media. Jaime is an accomplished and highly respected executive, recognized for designing world class customer experiences for leading lifestyle brands. She has developed in store marketing, media and technology solutions for Fortune 500 clients in big box and fashion retail, telecommunications, and hospitality.Jaime has spent the last 14 years in various leadership roles in marketing, branding, sales and account development. Throughout her career she has worked with global organizations to enhance their in-store experience through targeted brand initiatives and marketing strategies supported by customer insights and analytics.
She has been a valued partner for clients such as AT&T Mobility, Coca Cola, Macy’s, TJX, Coach and Darden Restaurants. Jaime’s key accomplishments include leading the team that designed the audio identity for the AT&T Experience Stores and working with Coca Cola’s retail design team on their digital signage strategy, integrating top music artists into their visual displays. Jaime has been featured in HOW Magazine and has won awards for her work partnering with designers on global events.
Jaime is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the College of Charleston with a BA in Media Communications and Business. She is an active leader in the Junior League of Charlotte, and is passionate about fashion, travel and her two precious boys.
Sarah Purple is passionate about developing media strategies for retail, fashion, and consumer brands. Throughout her career at Mood Media, she has had various key leadership roles in consulting, sales, and marketing. In her current role as Vice President of Premier Sales, she leads a team that helps clients realize the unique value of media as a vehicle for connecting with their customers.Sarah is recognized in the industry for her ability to work with cross-functional teams within an organization: from IT to marketing; from operations to store design. She aligns internal stakeholders
by creating a common language and unified vantage point to evaluate both business and brand objectives. The result is a focused, intentional customer experience – by design.
Sarah has been a valued partner for clients such as Luxottica, Aeropostale, Sports Authority, Macy’s, Men’s Warehouse, DXL, and Cost Plus World Market. She is honored to have helped lead the team
that developed Aeropostale’s global multi-media, interactive strategy, Macy’s Harold Square music solution and SA Elite’s customer engagement strategy. She has led workshops for key executives in these companies as well as AT&T Mobility, Sephora, Chipotle, and The North Face.
Sarah is a graduate of Northwestern University. She speaks Spanish and Portuguese fluently and lived in South America, working as a writer for The New York Times. She is an avid reader, a sports enthusiast, and the very proud mother of three boys.
