All Mood Media installations are supported by a comprehensive service network comprising of a hotline for customer inquires, dedicated account management teams and service engineers. 

A simple call from any store will connect our customers directly with the Mood Media customer service department. Many service calls can be resolved ‘over the phone’ by trained Mood Media staff asking a series of questions to isolate the fault and interrogate diagnostic information received via the network connection. 

If a service call is required, Mood Media guarantee that an engineer will be on site within 48 hours.
