Company History:
In 2006, Mood Media and DMX MUSIC International, two of Europe’s largest digital media companies merged to form the Mood Media Group – the industry’s single largest provider of in-store audio and visual solutions throughout Europe, Asia and Australia. Late in 2007, a further acquisition of Alcas Holding was made, increasing the Group’s reach across Europe and Australasia.

There has been considerable restructuring of the Group since 2006 with new management, strategic growth areas and business practices being put into place. The essence of Mood Media’s service offering has evolved but remains focussed on in-store media solutions.

In 2007, Mood Media appointed Jonathan Patrick as CEO to help lead the business toward future expansion. Key growth areas for the Group today include visuals, advertising and expansion into new markets, whether this be new countries or complimentary services.

Jonathan leads an Executive Management Team comprising of Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Counsel, Chief Technology Officer and five Regional Managing Directors responsible for operations around the world.
 
Today, Mood Media Group is backed by a number of private shareholders who invested at the time the Group came together in 2006 and subsequently with the latest acquisition in 2007.

The Group has c. 500 employees and an annual turnover in the region of €100million.
