Since qualifying as an accountant in 1999, Mr. Gujral has proven to have core competencies in the PLC environment. He has an exceptional track record in working with banks, investors and driving substantial growth through merger & acquisition activity. He has held a CFO position with PLC companies for more than six years.

Prior to Mood Media, Mr. Gujral was Chief Finance Officer for Transcom Worldwide SA and DCS Group PLC. While at Transcom, a listed professional services business with an enterprise value of 350m euros, Mr. Gujral was instrumental in growing revenue from €400m to €650m through both organic and acquisition activity. Furthermore, at both Transcom and DCS, Mr. Gujral made significant improvements to operational controls, tax and treasury functions as well as developing dividend policies and appropriate capital structures.

Mr. Gujral was one of the youngest CFOs at AIM at the age of 29, is a member of the ICAEW, having qualified as a chartered Accountant with first time passes and was an intermediate level prize winner within his region. Mr. Gujral studied at Loughborough University, UK where he gained his BSc in Economics with Accountancy.
